i want to connect my office pc to home pc. share data&files.when i connect my office pc to internet at that time i acces my home pc.

or install vpn at your house and then you can vpn from your work to your home pc. Many guides avail. online to setup vpn with windows xp.
A lot of remote control programs are out their also which could work to, but if your behind routers it takes a little more work but not hard.

You want a virtual LAN.

Hamachi client is good for this. Look it up on Google.

the best bet is to use a USB device and take all the required data which u need to transfer. Else, it could be tedious process, coz u will need to obtain a public access for your office pc, so that u can access it from home.
