Am I a fascist?

I used ta snicker when people who couldn't cut the mustard at work were fired. I'm super efficient and I've only met one other person who shared my je ne sais quoi. Am I an "office fascist"?

Maybe not fascist, just immature. It takes time and experience to realize that some people just don't get it. Some people are artists, and some are scientist. Try looking for the strengths in people, instead of celebrating in their weaknesses.

Not many humans can work as enthusiastically and efficiently as I can. I out-shined everybody. But, in the end, when I tried team-working, wow, I was more rewarded and stimulated by the improved morale all around me and found great intellectual pleasure in expanding the horizons of my vision by becoming an expert at generating that synergy in groups rather than just spinning "most exquisitely" about my own axis as you are describing here. That is also called "leadership". The difference between a leader and a fascist is a leader empowers others with a synergistic vision, whereas a fascist imposes his own vision onto others in order to suppress them and control them so that he may wallow in delusions of superiority.

Besides; Fascists are not as efficient as you might think. IF they were so great; Democracy would not be our system of government, would it?
