thanx Hi, I noticed you have wallpapers, are these recent as they can be dodgy and can introduce viruses. Also not sure from list but do you have more than one antivirus as more than one can cause problems and I would get rid of them, other than that I dont know. I would make sure all your antispyware are compatible with your computer just for good measure! Hope I have helped. Well, from that we can tell that your computer runs Microsoft Windows not a very stable OS from the outset. We can also tell that you've installed multiple bolt-ons to help plug all those Microsoft security holes. You may be running too many of them - try just running the Symantec suite.
Next we need to know exactly what you mean by "unstable"? Does it shutdown 2 or 3 times a day? Reboot every hour? By unstable, i think you mean slow, takes a long time for everything and other annoying stuff right.. well you have a lot of processes going on..
Antivirus programs running: Symantec Antivirus, PC Tools AntiVirus, AVG and Avast.
Similarly multiple antispyware programs are running.
Other unnecessary apps: styler, vista startmenu, google toolbar, etc.
Because of these apps, your computer is having problem. Use only one antivirus but keep it updated. The same goes for the antispyware program. The other apps.. you should decide if you really need them or not. get rid of this unnecessary load and your pc will be fine.
Choose your antivirus well. it is responsible for a lot of load on the pc. I suggest Symantec antivirus client and keep it updated.
Cheers. Oh my god! that's a big problem. But i can tell u in just 5 steps:
1. Insert the OS installation cd.
2. Reboot ur system and change ur first boot device from harddisk to ur cd drive.
3. Install win xp and other files.
4. Install the motherboard files and then an antivirus software(recommended is Norton, Mc Affee etc.).
5.Download program "Ontrack Data Recovery", install it and start working with it.
