I want a free software that will enable more than one user to share a pc at the same time?

I will like to know how i can get more than a single to use a win XP at the same time , where they can share application , surf the web , do email use microsoft office at the same time . A single pc will have additional stations added via VGA monitor and ps/2 converter for the keyboards and mouse . Each user should use the system independently, open and save file . I want a free software that i can use to have more than a single user use a single pc with WIN XP as the operating system . any know of a free software to get this done ?

Don't know if there is such a thing. But that would require a HUGE amount of RAM
