Stamping of Share Certificates in Hyderabad??

I'm a new private limited company in Hyderabad. We have alloted shares at a premium, we understand that the shares need to be stamped / stamp duty needs to be paid for share certificates issued...
Can somebody help by telling the following:
1. what is the rate of stamp duty for allotment of shares
2. what is the process to get it done... the process differs from state to state.
3. who is the contact person / office to get in touch with
4. contact details of such person - name / address would be gr8.

How come you are doing this with out a qualified CA or ACS
They will do it for you.
