File sharing problem on wireless network?

while i was trying to share files between my desktop and my laptop, i accidentally deleted the "file and printer sharing" option in the wireless network connection properties of my laptop. how do i get it back? will i ba able to download it or something? And how do i share files between my laptop and my desktop that are connected to the same wireless network. should i change some settings on my linksys wireless modem?? please give me a step by step instruction? and when i run the set up a small home or office network wizard, i have the option to choose a lan connection but not my wireless connection. please help.

You can just add File and Printer sharing back into the network components list (same list that contains Internet Protocol [TCP/IP] and other items).
