I need a serious answere here about a dell laptop that I am considering buying? |
If you can tell me what you think about the specs. (good or bad) and then what could make it better. I would also like to play some games I have like Hunting Unlimited 2008, also, in previous posting s of this question I have gotten responses about getting a different video card, any suggestions?? mind telling the model number > can comment better Unless the video card is an option to be changed from Dell you are stuck with it. IF you can get a better video card, do so. get rid of vista You don't upgrade graphic chips on a laptop, so it would be best to get the fastest now. And also get the warranty. The graphics card will handle casual gaming with no problems. If you are a hard core gamer, then you might want to go with Dell's XPS line of laptops. Also upgrade to the 9 cell battery. As far as the rest of the specifications you listed...pretty good! bad not worth it is a 600 dolar pc only you need a pc with ati graphix or nvida with 256 mb for graphix and at least 2 gb like is there for vista that pc is a rip with no graphix card intell graphix i hope you dont plan on playing any games cus that pc wont y need gforce or ati graphix go to wallmart get a 600 dolar laptop with some graphix and 2 gb of ram it will be a lot beterhttp://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d... Looks good, decent price for your options too. The onboard video card will able to play some games on the lowest setting. My advice is not to buy it for that price. Thats quite a bit more then you should pay for that system. Stay away from vista it has a lot of issues with bugs and not being able to run alot of the standered programs that are on the market. Stay with XP for a few more years then upgrade down the road when its working better. I found the folloing lab tops that are better and dont cost as much. I just orderd a dell xps 420 desktops are really fast compared to computers i consider u buying the dell xps 420.You will have to order quick because there is 100 pounds off untill the 9th |
