Can I have a water well drilled in order to use the water for my yard ? (or group of neighbors get together)? |
I live in suburban Atlanta. I was wondering if I could have a water well drilled and use the water for my yard. Maybe 4 neighbors could all throw in together and share it. In the state of Michigan, water is readily available. Many of my neighbors sunk what is called a point. They did it themselves, and used the water only for lawns and gardens. Check with a well driller and see if it is as easy that in GA. Go to your local Zoning office and find out if it is allowed. |
