10 pts! I know it's a little long, but should I go to the cottage with this girl?

I work with this girl in an office. I don't have feelings for her, and I don't want people in my office to think I do either, but I don't want to hurt her feelings either, especially if it's innocent.

I never really hung out with her before. But about two weeks ago, we randomly decided to go to Niagara Falls, we spent two days there and shared a hotel room, but nothing happened. I get a friend vibe off her, which is great because I just like her as a friend. One of my guy buddies at work had to step up and make sure everyone understood that us in a hotel room together was plutonic...how they found out...I don't know.

Now she's asked me if I want to spend a weekend with her at her cottage. I didn't want to hurt her feelings so I said sure, whenever she wants.

Do you think it's just friendship taht she wants like I think she does? And will me spending the weekend withher at her cottage get people in my office thinking we're something else? Is this a good idea to go?

Ummm I'd say give it a try and c wat happens if shez interested in u she'll surely make her move on u if not u just enjoy the time with her in the cottage :D shud be fun. I think shez friendly but as i said feelings can get way too dicey so all u need to do is be true and live the part of being friends only. Go beyond frienship even by mistake and u'll end up in mess. So any unwanted moves by her let her know wat u think of her and how romantically un inclined u r towards her. Shud make it easy for u and her to enjoy ur time with one another.

i'm not sure her intentions are completely "plutonic." i'm not even sure what "plutonic" is, but i do know that if she's going out of her way to invite you for overnight stays alone, she might just want to be more than friends. i've never invited any of my guy friends for one-on-one sleepovers.

its not a good idea to go because sharing a hotel room made your collegues suspicious that you had something,now if you go to her cottege for a week they will state surely that you both share physical relationships.and if the girl likes you then she surely will try to involve you in one.so be careful and take a decision.

more than likely she really likes you. she wants to get to know you better and get closer to you. go with her to the cottage, things will be fine. if she tries to make a move on you, say very nicely that you are sorry. tell her that you think of her just as a friend. and that is what you want it to stay as. she wont be hurt. tell her your very sorry and that she is a very good person, just not the one you wanted.
