This is a SCAM. Check out the below link for confirmation of various scams, including the famous Yahoo/MSN lottery scams and how to report them.
http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/lo...
Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Just remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.

This is the internet's oldest scam. Before the internet, you'd get these letters in the mail. They want to rip you off. Delete it now!

this sounds like a pretty standard scam that has been going around ... if you contact them, they will most likely ask for your account information to "wire" you the money ...

Yet another lottery scam. It could not be true no matter what.

First they expect you to believe that you've won a million dollars. Despite the lottery being held by Australia, they have chosen to award the prize in American dollars, which is odd. Next you are asked to believe that this specific draw took place in Amsterdam. Why? It's an electronic draw, why not just hold it in Australia where this lottery supposedly exists?

Just when it is beginning to sound silly they tell you that the regional branch office is in Nigeria of all places! A country most famous for Internet scams. A country that is dirt poor, apparently has a million dollars just kicking around waiting for you to pick up.

If all that wasn't stupid sounding enough the end of the email expects you to believe that there is another draw at the end of the year, in which this unnamed organization is going to give away $1.5 billion dollars! Who the hell has over a billion dollars to give away to random people? What would be the point?

Your contact information is an email address that anyone can set up for free at Yahoo.co.uk.

It's just a total scam designed to get idiots to part with their personal information so that this information can be abused.

You don't get anything for nothing, it's a scam do not answer do not give personal information. The following sites give more information.
