Check out the below link for confirmation of various scams, including the famous Yahoo/MSN lottery scams and how to report them.
http://www.consumerfraudreporting.org/lo...
Unscrupulous thieves have sent you this email and they are trying to part you from your hard earned cash. They will often ask you to call a premium rate number and keep you holding on whilst you rack up a huge phone bill. They are then paid a large proportion of this phone bill. They may ask you to divulge personal information about yourself or ask for your bank or credit card details. Do not divulge any such information under any circumstances. It is surprising how many innocent victims have been duped by these types of emails. Just remember the thieves who send them are very clever and extremely convincing. I suggest you delete the email and send it into cyberspace, hopefully along with the thieving scumbags who send them.

honestly, u have to ask if this is real? do you think yahoo would have their south african representative contact you? and be sure not to tell anyone? have you ever heard of yahoo giving away a free million as a surprise with no contest or qualifing? sound too good to be true, prolly is

definitely fake. Way too many typos. It's formatted just like all the other spam I get.

Delete the E-mail, and don't respond to it.

Its a genuine e-mail because you received it.As for the content.Come on your not telling us you believe all that crap.Best fairy story i have read since the last posting on this subject.Delete it,bin it,forget it.You are not rich, you have won zilch.

This is a scam - simple as that! Any unsolicited e-mail should be treated as suspect but these ones that ask for your personal details have been doing the rounds for ages. Stuff it in your trash can.

its a fake.dont take the bate.they send thousands of these out every day and they just need a few greedy mugs to reply.with there details.and they rip you off or start getting loans and goods using your details.next time report it has spam and delete it.do not even open it.

You've lost it now because you have told everyone!

SCAM!

Yahoo has no award center. They don't give away millions of dollars to us. They want your bank account and personal information. Just hit SPAM and never open these things. There is no money. Every one gets these every day If you didn't enter a contest or buy a ticket then guess what you didn't win.

Oh dear, I usually get the one about the woman in Nigeria who's husband has been killed by someone or other before he could claim the millions of dollars secured in an American bank account and it turns out I'm a distant cousin who can claim it. lol

Spam scam they are after your money and your personal details do not click any part of the email mark as spam check out the links below to see what yahoo say about these so called cash prizes and lotteries.

No need to ask - it is a con job! I get many of these similar e-mails each day and if they were true, I would be richer than Bill Gates soon. Don't even bother to answer. Remember, "The greedy people always ends up the losers!".

Use your head! and then use your delete button!

is a $1,000,000.00 note real! congratulations!!! i have one here with your name on!! just send me your name, address, telephone number, bank details, and passport, and ill send it to you. oh yes a special bonus prize of $5000 if you can put $ 20,000 in a plain brown envelope, and leave it under a plant-pot with the keys to your house, and car. thank you and remember your a WINNER!!
