I need a loan, provident can't offer me enough, im homless and need cash for a flat, i am in full time employm |
im in the ****, i split up with my girlfriend and had to move out of the house we shared, im back at my mom and dads but they have converted my bed room into an office and it is really impractical, i have been to the council and thwy have told me that i need a drug habit to be re-housed, im in full time employment, i need to borrow around 拢1100 to get a flat of my own or does any one have rooms free in the sutton coldfield area?? i have tried the bank and provident and loads of lenders but they are unwilling to help, i have been a bit of an idiot in the past in relation to credit cards!!!! i still have a financial commitment to the house and this is making things even harder, my ex is pregnent so we can't sell and she is unwilling to help!!! i am at the end of my tether i have asked my parents but they can't afford it and want there house back to normal! i really have tried everything!!! HELP??!! Contact Shelter, the housing charity. They can sometimes negotiate with landlords to get you a place to live without a deposit. They are very, very helpful, and there to help all people with housing queries and problems not just street homeless people. With your track record, you are a bad risk. Unlikely anyone is going to lend money to someone who doesn't pay his debts. As a last resort you could try Welcome Finance, but I warn you these people charge very high interest rates! Try getting a overdraft on your bank account if you can. it is very hard to get credit with a bad credit rating. If you can't get a loan with Welcome Finance then you won't get a loan anywhere. Make sure you can afford the monthly payments as you don't want to get yourself into further trouble. For some strange reason this is more stranger then Gerry and Kate McCann. Sorry mate can't help you. Have you thought of bumping your former girlfriend off. Try your local Citizens Advice Bureau or JobCentre. You may qualify for what is called a Crisis Loan. If you own the house and are paying mortgage towards your house, you are entitled to live in it. it may be rubbish sharing with a woman you now dislike/ don't get on with , but mate, your situation could easily spiral into homelessness and that is somehting you want to avoid. Very, very hard to recover from. If that's not possible you should kip in your parents' place, or maybe a pal?. This may annoy them but it will give you then chance to get some 拢拢 together so you get out of their hair. What's worse: grumpy flatmates? or living on the streets? or else - try gumtree for adverts for rooms. might be possible to also move into a travellers hostel and exchange a room/ bed for cleaning duties. A bit rubbish for a while to have to work 2 jobs, but should only be temporary. You might want to think also about selling something? have a look on ebay to see what people are getting good money for.
