Who else has had a bad experience with a Domino's Pizza store?

My story is... My local Domino's has a $2.50 delivery charge which I thought went to the drive to "delivered" my pizza. I was wrong. This goes back to the store for "advertising". I wrote an e-mail to Domino's to inquire. I was told that the franchise owner would get back with me. So now 4 e-mails and 1 month later, I've yet to hear from the franchise owner and I've now sent letters to the corporate offices to the "customer care" team, and the franchise licensing department. (the power of the pen will prevail!!)

I had a dominos driver and his coworker bang on my door in the middle of the night demanding money for a pizza. However it was my drunk friend making a scene to embarrass me.

yea...i once bought a pizza that they claimed to be 16"...but it was really 14.5". i was sooooo mad and they had to redo it...and then i never went there again...

wow...thats very strange..
i nvr had a bad expierence with them but i HATE there pizza. it sucks

yeah , that thing happen to my cousin, she sued them but only got $1500

This is how my story at Domino's Pizza went.

1. Walked into Domino's Pizza
2. Went up to cash register to order pizza
3. They took my order and started making the pizza
4. Went to the bathroom for a while
5. A kid entered and started laughing at me because I was taking a dump
6. Exited bathroom and went back to cash register
7. Forgot to wash hands, so went back to bathroom
8. While I was washing my hands, an employee brought my pizza and asked if I wanted it right now
9. I replied with a "No, thanks. I'm busy right now"
10. She replied with a "If you dont take it right now, you wont get your pizza
11. I yelled at her
12. She told her boss a fake story and he kicked me out of the store
13. Came back in and told the boss the story
14. The boss fired her
15. The girl took the pizza and dumped the pizza all over my shirt

I used to work at a Dominos, my parents owned a pizza store and I've worked at 2 other pizza store. Dominos was the 2nd worst job that I had in the pizza business as even the managers were on drugs and with 5 years pizza experience under my belt they hired me at $5.50 and hired a chic with blonde hair with no experience at $5.75. I once ordered from the store near me as well, the "insider" person who answers the phones was extremely rude and impatient, needless to say I gave corporate an earful about it and they always quote an hour delivery. and most recently I drove there to order a pizza on the way home, they were open but had their door locked, my boyfriend proceeded to knock but the person inside did not bother to show himself until we were in the car pulling off. I guess he thought we couldn't see him or something. Drivers do make at least $6.50 an hour plus something for their gas and mileage, plus tips. Myself being a waitress now make $2.43 an hour that I never see as it is automatically deducted by taxes plus tips. Tip a driver 10% of your cost, tip a server 20% as they do alot more work for you than a Driver does and make less an hour that they don't even see.

I was in the hospital along with my cousin for one week recovering from severe food poisoning after eating domino's.

I am a grown 30 year old woman.
I called to place an order and was asked if my Mommy was home & if she knew I was ordering pizza.

I was furious...here is this childish H.S. student asking me asinine questions...
Once I told her I was grown in grownup language...she stifiled her laughter & placed my order...

Hey hang in there...eventually they will respond...I think the franchise owner has been a bad boy.
But I digress...My bad experience with Dominos was in the restaurant one night about midnight. As my date and I were leaving and waiting in line to pay for our meal, the couple in front of us (both) threw up. Not a pretty site.

Cardboard for crust I had a order for to pizzas the driver came I handed him a check He said they don't take checks . I said send them back. he came back an said it was ok this time to take a check I told him to take the pies back. AS he walked back to his car i let my great dane out . driver dropped the pies seeing the dog , the dog got the pizza the manager called an ask what happen to the pizzas I said i did not know i sent them back .
