Hiring obstetric sonographers...where to go?

I am seeking help in finding out where sonographers look for employment. I am going to need a DMS for my 3d/4d ultrasound facility, part time starting in January. The ideal canidates would want to apply if they are looking to work part time, normally working in Dr. Offices/Hospitals and I don't really know where to find them. I have been told to look on the SDMS and ARDMS websites, but I don't see where hiring is an option. If you have any suggestions, please share them! BTW, the location is northern Kentucky. Thanks!

You might write a letter to the sonography programs in your area. I found my first job, as a radiologic technologist, because they came looking for me. They wrote a letter to my program director (many program directors of different schools) telling him of the job opening. I was hired for my job, before I graduated. The schools might be in contact with past graduated. The schools in KY are:

Bowling Green Technical College - Bowling Green, KY
Morehead State University - Morehead, KY
St Catharine College - St Catharine, KY West Kentucky Community and Technical College - Paducah, KY

If one of those are close to your location, you might have some luck! Is it also possible that a school in another state might be reasonably close to you in location? You can search this site for schools, listed by state. There are also links with additional information about the programs, such as contact person, program director, etc.
