Why was Obama not prosecuted for this federal offense.?

Obama was also nabbed conducting campaign business in his Senate office, a violation of federal law."

I don't know what the reason is either, but it is probably the same reason used to ignore the extensive use of White House governmental computers in conducting the 2004 and 2006 Republican campaigns, which is also a violation of federal law.

They couldn't very well prosecute Obama and not Rove, so maybe they just decided to drop the whole thing.

When someone is willing to dabble in controlled-substance, it says to me that they are rebellious and not prone to convention.
After years and years of the school and the media telling us the drugs are bad for you, what does Obama do?
He decides to try them out himself.

This is so easy to research anyone who needs links to the data must be illiterate.

There was no evidence that Obama knowingly participated in an illegal act so no charges were filed, although technically he did break the law.

As Obama has pointed out several times he is a Chicago Democrat and they have a long history of playing dirty politics.

In short, this is just standard Chicago Democratic politics, break the law and no one cares. Anyone with a middle class income would have gotten probation at the least. Poverty level income would have done prison time.

Democrats, pro-slavery for over two hundred years and counting.
