Is this the most "viable candidate" for the Dems...?

Senator Barack Obama (D-IL): In 2006, it was discovered that Obama was involved in a suspicious real estate deal with an indicted political fundraiser, Antoin 鈥淭ony鈥?Rezko. In 2007, more reports surfaced of deeper and suspicious business and political connections It was reported that just two months after he joined the Senate, Obama purchased $50,000 worth of stock in speculative companies whose major investors were his biggest campaign contributors. One of the companies was a biotech concern that benefited from legislation Obama pushed just two weeks after the senator purchased $5,000 of the company鈥檚 shares. Obama was also nabbed conducting campaign business in his Senate office, a violation of federal law.

Don't get me wrong, I think Obama is a very well spoken politician with some good points, but do we really need another crook in the White House catering to big business for personal gain?

I have a 400 lb boar hog that is black and white
he is a far more viable candidate than any of the front runners from either party
they are all crooks

I think these are fairly minor transgressions, don't you? Personally, I think the single most important qualification for being President is the ability and intelligence to make tough decisions in the long-term best interest of our country. Obama has demonstrated these qualities more effectively than any of the other candidates.

Rudy Giuliani is 100% right
what happened last night in Iwoa means almost nothing.

why are people Pretending that Iwoa was important ?
do you know how many people particapited last night in the caucas ?

This is just what went down in Iowa, so we'll have a better nominee. I won't support or vote for Obama.

Al Gore

I agree with Big Ugly guy. this year we really don't have any good choices.
I think Ducan Hunter would be my choice.

John Edwards. That is why he is being ignored.

Get real! If he does win I can see the trailing Republican smear machine hounding just like they did to Bill Clinton.

That's nothing to be proud of, but a lot of times the lines between political and business interests are fuzzy morally and legally. That goes for both parties, a lot of the time they're doing things technically illegal but not that bad and none of them are squeaky clean.

One thing he does have going for him is his short amount of time in congress, because his lack of experience also means lack of scandals and contradictions.

I do support Obama right now
