Desk Partner....? |
I work first shift and I have to share a desk with the Second shift person, who is fairly new, so we havent been sharing more than i would say three months. i have always used the middle drawer, i have my personal belongings, plus office belongings in it. when my desk partner first got here he started using it as well, i never said anything but it really bothered me, as i had personal stuff in there (there is no way to lock it) so anyway i took out my personal things and left only office things just trying to be reasonable, now i am noticing things like my pens and pencils being chewed on...i definitly do not do this. how should i handle this situation. he has an option to use his own drawer but for some reason has always used mine. i dont want to be rude about it, but its so unsanitary. any thoughts?? I would just talk to him. He may not realize that he is doing this. Get it out in the open and then you don't have to stress about it. Good Luck.!! |
