Problem while installing microsoft office enterprise 2007...?

This is the error message while i run the event manager

Product: Microsoft Software Update for Web Folders (English) 12 -- Error 1933. The Windows Installer service cannot update one or more protected Windows files. SFP Error: 3. List of protected files:\r\nh:\program files\common files\microsoft shared\web server extensions\40\bin\fp4autl.dll

Computer Enviroment:
No anti-virus/Firewall services is installed
Windows XP SP2
2GB Memory
3.06GHz Pentium 4 CPU

I think the machine you are running has Microsoft server for http running.
Possible solutions:
- If you have visual studio installed , then uninstall it then try again.
- Disable server which is currently in use on your machine.
