Is colleague Bi or Gay?

I am a recently seperated 30 year old man. I have worked in the same office with another man (near my same age) for about 7 years now. He is married (as I was) to a woman, has a child and is your average "guy's guy".

Before I go further, I left my wife to pursue (discreet) relationships with other men. My workplace would probably find an excuse to fire me if I came out.

Anway, the other man that I work withhas over the years became a friend of mine and he has done things that make me believe that he may be at least bisexual. He has made comments that he's not getting any at home so he's gonna have to "mount" one of the guys in the office, he has asked VERY personal questions from myself and the other men in the office (circumsision, pubic hair,etc) and just gives me an impression that he may be that way, he however, speaks ALOT about sex with women

The company has scheduled he and I on a business trip and we will be sharing a hotel room. Should I/How can I approach?

most of the time if someone who you get the 'gay' vibe from in most ways speaks A LOT about sex with the other sex it's because they want to convince you they are straight. still, do you really want to explore your feelings with a co-worker. that can be dangerous. trust me, me and my ex 'wife' work together, it's hard and painful - everyday. also, he could want to explore also and then freak on you once something happens, people are not always ready. working together could get scary.
