Does this coworker like me?

I've worked with a very attractive female coworker in another department for about two years. Our working relationship has included friendly chit-chat at times, but has always been professional and never outside the office.

We just recently went to lunch together for the first time. During the lunch, she proceeded to taste test several bites of food from my plate with her fork, which I thought was pretty bold. She then proceeded to extend our lunch to a two-hour affair by ordering a dessert for the two of us to share. Again, I think that this is a pretty bold and intimate act for two professional office workers.

My question is: are these pretty reliable signs that she's interested in something outside the work environment or am I just wishful thinking? I don't want to put our working relationship at risk by asking her out unless I'm pretty darn sure her answer will be yes. Otherwise, things will get awkward in a hurry.

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

She definitely likes you because shes willing to spend time with you away from work. She also was willing to extend her lunch hour to spend more time with you and seems comfortable enough to share food with you. You should attempt to ask her out on the weekend or after work sometime and see if she is willing. It doesnt have to be a date, but if she shows the right body language while your out together, then ask her to go out again on a date. If she is willing to go out with you after work or on the weekend, then she is definitely interested in dating you.

yes she likes u

You might try the Center for Missing/Exploited children. You can try to get the State Police involved. Since it happened in Texas, or so it seems, maybe try the Texas Rangers.
