Anyone work for Met Life in Jersey?

I am applying for a job in the Bridgewater office of met life and was wondering if anyone had any knowledge they can share. I have had some bad work environments and don't want to get stuck into another one. I would be working as a financial analyst. So far the position sounds great, but i could really use some insider information on how the work environmnt really is

Take the job and work hard.

MetLife has great benefits: health, retirement etc.

MetLife is a publicly traded company so they are very sensitive to bad press and treat their employees well. Endear yourself to your boss and stay away from malcontents in the office. Surround yourself with the positive persons in the office. Work hard. Build your career, its one of the most important things you will do in your life.

MetLife's one of the best companies in America. Take the job, work hard and stay with the company for a long time. Do not be jumping jobs, its not good for a career.

Good luck.

it's a big company, some will vary a lot by where you work and who you work for. generally, met is considered to be a fairly good employer
