How can Outlook be used in the office so that everyone can access and updated accordingly?

I have Outlook on our receptionist computer. All contacts info and calender is only on her system. Can or is there a differnt version that can be put on server and be shared and viewed by everyone to access info and update.?

You want Exchange Server 2007 for Outlook integration .. it is not cheap and takes quite a bit to manage and administer, let alone install. Good luck if you go that route, but perhaps Zimbra might be more easier for you to manage?

1. Go to File -> Import and Export.
2. Choose "Export to a file"
3. Choose a format of the output (Excel for example)
4. Pick the thing that you want to export (Contacts/Calendar/etc...)

On another computer, do the same but this time choose Import instead of Export.
