Ok heres the girl I Love very much she even talk to me in mobile and shares thinks about her and her family one day i asked her birthday she wasn't telling and aksed me why do u ask it? i Told her just to wish u. She told that I will tell u the day before my birthday.
She is elder than me. After that call for 20 Days i didn't call her I just sms'ed her.
When i called her back she asked me why no calls.
We used to flirt. While speaking to her silent may be there for sometimes. She asks me anything else . she cares me.
she even give me missed calls.
problem is she doesnt even sms me or call me.
When is asked her mail id she told me that i will sms u and not sms'ed me.
She Works in the same commercial where i'm but different floor & Office .while crossing my office her eyes will be searching me.
is she trying to make me confuse or she's trying to make me propose. i think she expects something from me.
I love her very much. She is my world , everthing.
why she do's this?

Since you both work at the same place though different floor & office... you can ask her out. Like maybe, "hey, do you wanna go out for dinner after work?" Then ask her out again maybe on weekends...If she's interested she'll agree. But even if she rejects you, don't give up on just one rejection. (That is if you really do love her.) Heheheh. That IS confusing! Maybe she is trying to find out how much you really want her, you know, not just playing around for fun. Why not take her for lunch and talk face-to-face?

Your qestion is also confusing me... well... from what you said I can tell you deserve each other , cuz you both seem verry good people. Se may be trying to find out if you really love her. You see no one has the courage to confess because you don't know if she feels the same. She probably does and is trying to make you confess to see if you really love her, because she is afraid of asking you and you answering her you don't feel the same.
