My unemployment compensation was denied what can I do?

Being in the construction industry at times were laid of due to weather conditions. This happend in decembur this year. I was laid of for approximatly 3 months. Durring said period I recieved unemployment until the last two weeks.Then I was given a phone interview stating that my last employer had stated I quit voluntarily, this is a lie.Unemployment office had 10 days to rendure a decision of said interview. 21 days later I recieved a phone call from EDD same person stating that previouse employer didn't state that I quit.But that now emloyeer prior to this employeer who I participated in the work share program with earnings weren't reported correctly and I recieved to mutch componsation. The problumb with this is I was on work share program and hours worked and income reported were done by employere. EDD is lieing to me and refusing my bennifit. What can I do? And is there anyone I can report this employee to? It's as if there looking for anything to denie my benefitst

Get off your a** and get a job, so that people like myself dont have to pay for your lousy existance with our taxes!!

Call up these people who are providing false information about you and let them know you would like to meet. the purpose of these meetings will be to get the facts straight and to get all of what they are claiming in writing, so that there are no discrepancies between them, unemployment, and you. You want everybody to have the same information. Also apply for your appeal with the new documentation. Keep in mind that even though you work in a seasonal industry, unemployment is beginning to tighten up its wallet and stop providing benefits to people in industries like yours. You may want to consider working in an industry where you do not have 'lay-off' periods, because unemployment no longer wants to pay benefits, since these people haven't really been laid off due to downsizing, they are just temporary workers. For example, they do not pay teachers over the summer vacation and make every attempt to find out who is lying about their summer employment.
