Help me I am scared!!!!!!!!!?

Please Read I need help!!!!!!!!!!!?
recently revieced a negative performance review, my work situation sucks, where as I was supposed to have one boss I have two. One never deals with me the other interacts with me on a daily basis. I am in older office everyone is 30-50s and I am in my 20s. The one women is my supervisor hates me and I hate her, she contastly micromanges me makes no effort to communicate with me and cuts me out of all the perks of the job like expensive dinners with clients. Other people in the office I have befriended because they hate this women. The women is 2nd in command to my other boss and also does the lions share of his work for the unit. I know I am not long for the job started sending out resume looking at graduate school. I want to leave on my own terms not theres, is a call to HR worth while to document what has happened? I know I am being railroaded, however the job is a trainee postion with countless other competiors that would scoop me up.

If you can deal with HR confidentially, you should do so. If this person is driving away good talent because she is a horrible person, then the company should know about it.
They will not likely tell any future employer anything bad about you, for fear of lawsuits, so no worries there.
If it is a trainee position, and a potential employer asks about the job, simply tell them that it wasn't a good fit for you. This is a good way to put a positive spin on negative experiences.
Getting your resume out and looking for the exit seems to be a good way to go at this point.
The real best solution would be to stay and deal with the situation, but from what you described, that will be hard to do, if not impossible.

BUT

You should look into grad school. It vastly helps in finding jobs. THAT is a much more complex bit of advice though, as to what, where and how. Better to ask a seperate question about that and give as much detail as possible.

PERSPECTIVE:
If this person is horrible, as I suspect, then don't sweat it. Companies will be hard pressed to replace the wave of retirees in the coming years, so if this person has a pattern of driving people away, they will be quietly pushed out themselves. What goes around, comes around.
Don't be afraid of leaving this job. Life is too short to be trapped in a crappy job, and there are PLENTY of opportunities out there.

Not sure what are you trying to accomplish here. A call to HR to report your boss (2nd in command) will most likely resolve nothing. My guess is the number one boss is going to support your boss, so basically you will not get what you want in the end. As you have stated, if you find yourself can be easily replaced and the work environment is less than ideal then the logical course of action would be to switch to a better job which you can build a career on top. Do not be afraid of leave these dead-end jobs behind. You can do better!

Performance reviews should have a space in which you can submit a statement in rebuttal, if you disagree with the review. You have the right to contact Human Resources if you feel your review was improperly handled, and to request a detailed explanation of why your review was poor. If you genuinely feel you were victimized and that your supervisor has no grounds to review you poorly, then take advantage of that!

My advice is begin saving copies of everything--e-mails from your supervisor, all performance review documents, etc. That way of they do decide to railroad you out of your job, you can at least prove your side of the story with your saved documents, rather than let them twist things to fit their version of the story.
