Started up corporation, please provide some pointers...? |
I just started up a corporation. Have a federal tax id, as well as a state tax id. My office is already set up. Business cards on the way, website should be online soon and I am getting business insurance soon. Am I missing something? Any suggestions? Also, there are some people interested in buying shares of my company, how do I determine the value of the stock? I am the only one in my company, the only value I that I know the company has, is the office itself. No clients yet, no business yet. Just my equipment and myself. Any comments and/or suggestions are appreciated! Thank you in advance! Try to imagine how much your company will be worth in a year from now going by your business plan, and if you had to sell it how much would you ask for it. Then divide that price by 100 and you have a percentage price of your business. So if the business is priced by you at 100,000 then 25% of the stock will be valued at 25,0000. Get it. Good luck. |
