Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

PLease help not sure what to do?
I recently revieced a negative performance review, my work situation sucks, where as I was supposed to have one boss I have two. One never deals with me the other interacts with me on a daily basis.I am in my 20s office is 40+. The one women is my supervisor hates me and I hate her, she contastly micromanges me makes no effort to communicate with me and cuts me out of all the perks of the job like expensive dinners . Other people in the office I have befriended because they hate this women. One recently told me the are gathering documentation for hostile work enviroment lawsuit. The women does the lions share of his work for the unit. I know I will get suponed if it goes forward. I know I am not long for the job started sending out resume looking at graduate school. I want to leave on my own terms not theres. Or just get out as soon as posssible. I am young in my career and dont a black mark on it already which is happening. What should I do?

Before you graduate, you should go out on stress leave. It sounds like you may want to leave this job out of your resume and references. Let's face it, they will only have negative things to say about you. They may jeopardize your future job.
Take time off on stress leave, then when you are due back, quit!!!

Obviously, you are not happy there. Start using your free time to update your resume and interview for a new position. Once you have a new position, turn in you're 2 weeks notice. As hard as it is to not give them the finger and quit, be a better person, rise above that level of immaturity. You will always have the satisfaction of knowing that you control your actions and that you didn't let someone else control them. It's really as simple as that. My advice, avoid the lawsuit. The last thing you want is to be tied to this problem for years to come. Get out of the problem, get into enjoying your life! Good luck!

you sound desperate dude. Dond let them get to you, you are in your 20's so i imagine getting another job souldnt be too difficult. Why not sign all the relevent documentation for the lawsuit, quit your job and get another. Then if it goes to court you can say you quit from the harassment. big payout!!!!

I think that you should start looking for a new more friendly work environment, You are already being picked apart and all getting involved in a drama filled situation is going to do for you is make your life worse.... Good luck I know what it is like to be in a hostile environment, I am so happy now to be able to pick my own environment!!!!

suck it up. Actively look for a job. Leave with respect, and express it was job a career move to up. You do not have to tell exactly where you are going. you can lie. It does not matter.

I always believe that never is one person a problem. Learn to deal with her. Or at least make yourself last long enough to get another job.
