Why does it seem that I can get just about any girl but the one I want?

I am a nice guy. I am polite, I am a gentlemen. I have good status as far as career and goals goes. I am good looking so I get many beautiful girls coming to me and flirting on a daily basis when I am in public, though I overlook them because of her. The one that I want and am simply in love with doesn't seem to wish to give me the time of day. I mean I do call on occasion, though we don't talk very long. We have before had long detailed conversations. We do talk often and share my newspaper every day we're together. She calls me when we go to the office so I can meet her right after she passes security. I have never had to really go and chase after a woman, and I am thinking that she might want me to kind of do more then my usual and be more flirtatious and the like. What do you think does she want me to chase her or what do you think is going on?

she may know that your a charmer with the women and is turned of by that if she has seen charisma in the wrong way from you she wont approach you in that way thinking you will treat her just like another girl,stop with any other female and do things just for her some special things,leqave small notes on her desk or get the paper before she does and give it to her,think of some special things you can do just for her qattention and maby an email would be good ice breaker

i would think you were a playboy and would only want me to have sex with. if this is not the case let her know it by chasing her.
