Yeah, Snoop...Everyone thinks these are Googles 2 meter resolution satelites and they're not.. These are KH-11 1/2 meter resolution. They also have IR capability and despite what some on this post think that's already been ruled unconstitutional as illegal S&S. DEA tried it with x-rays a few years back and had to let the dealer go....

Because our government will not tell us truths, they fear us learning how corrupt they are and need to protect there power. Why don't we have all the medicines available in Europe, cars, cell phones technology, truths about our government. They need to control us as much as possible to maintain power. they have been using these satilites for years to do detailed mapping and geographic and polution control too. they are able to check for illegal activities on youre property for years now.

the foriegn press tends to provide better news coverage in many ways than our own, they do not have to kowtow to the administration or fear them for that matter nearly as much as the local media

remember all the american media are always jockying for face time with the administration, so they have to tone down theyre coverage to get what they want plus they are competing with each other so therefore they end up all trying to outdo each other with the same old worn out stories.

many stories about the US go unreported here (in the US), watch BBC World news and you will learn about something the US is doing nearly every day that never was reported on the US networks.

They are even spying through our computers, printers, cars have gps systems and you don't even know it (some do maybe a lot?), next they will be spying through our t.v.'s and looking right back at us. I think it is creepy all of it and it is part of their plan I believe for the later one world government. lol you guys are funny. The governments not going to look at you unless there is something to look at. They are not going to come through your t.v. and watch you cook dinner. The idea of public watch isnt to hurt, or even embarass you. The idea of public watch is to protect you. You really think that the government is going to just sit and watch your daily routine? Do you know where Google Earth gets most of their images? From you local government. Most cities take aerial photographs every six months or so for urban planning and code enforcement reasons.

Besides - spy satellites are so expensive that law enforcement is going to have to come up with a reason that equates to a serious national issue before the people who operate one will be willing to divert it from it primary mission.

I can imagine the Air Force looking at some cop and saying: "You want to use my billion-dollar spy satellite - for What?!?!?"
