Why do liberals claim to be unniters when they insult people who disagree with them like a five year old kid?

Plus they do not debate they insult and are unwilling to agree to disagree. Also it is fine to say a 1st offense DUi is the same as 1st degree murder. Why are they so devoid of feelings for people that do not share their views? Why is it good to cheer the death of our troops and honor Kerry for be a NK hero and French hero but of course he wasn't an American hero odd how things work out? Also why is it no big deal about Kennedy and that women drowning in his car while he was drunk, 2 felony's at least? Why do they claim to be smart when they do not know the diffention of is is? Why are all their positions logical fallicy's or hate speech?

I was just wondering I know I will likely get no real answers on this just yet more examples of what I wrote aboe.

Its because the Democratic politicians want to skirt the real issues because they generally believe from the political side on big issues the same as Republicans but they bring up the bleeding heart issues and bring out the harps and tissue paper to rally the Liberals and Bleeding-hearts who are the only ones that believe their garbage and h**** s***

Slow down a little.... Liberals are not the only ones who indulge in kick them when they're down rhetoric. Historically both parties engage in the same type of tactics when they are not in control of the house or senate. I remember times when the GOP was the odd man out. They get pretty vicious too, people like Gingrich were at all out war with the Democrats.

I believe we let them (politicians) sink to this level because we indulge in their spin, we buy in to believing in the party line. And, we buy the papers that tell only the stories that interest us rather than being involved in all the issues in general.

I would bet anyone that their favorite government lawmaker has voted for a bill that they (the voter) has disagreed with. The reason? It was attached to the original bill which prevented the politician from voting against it if, they wanted their original bill to pass. Good reason for the itemized veto I'd say.

Anyway, lighten up! Politicians are pretty much the same. Maybe you could be part of a trend that demands we concentrate on the real subjects and quit worrying about who did who in the oval office. As a conservative independent I say those who break the law should be dealt with by the law. Those who disagree with me can have their say but don't call me a liar because they don't agree.

Its the do as I say not as I do mentality. A good example of this is Al Gore. He claims to be for the environment, yet he has a zinc mine. Mining zinc is very harmful to the environment. He also has 3 mansions that he doesn't live in, yet all 50 rooms are heated and cooled for no reason. I bet he has a fleet of SUV's too. Thats just the way the dems are. They want you to be a tree hugger and pay taxes, and drive a hybrid, and be a moral person, but they are not.
