Opinions needed about Yaz?

I have been on Yaz Birthcontrol for 12 days now. I have talked with the nurse at my doctors office 4 times this week and I am getting no where. The first week on Yaz I had no major symptoms just a really heavy period that has not stopped yet. Just a few days ago I was getting terrible lower stomach pains and lots of pressure, been 3 days and I still have a hard time walking the pain hurts so much, dizzy, tired and just MOODY..I am not myself. Called again today they said give it another month things will change..If not they will take me in for a ultrasound next month(not sure why.. thats what i was told). Any other Yaz users out there that can share some of their experiences with it..I know everyone is different just looking for opinions so I can make it one more month on this. Right now I am just wanting to stop with the Yaz so I can feel human again

i had the same issues! Not with Yaz, but with every other pill they tried me on! stop taking it NOW! Your doc and nurses are being irresponsible and very unsafe with your health! I don't know if you are sexually active yet, but if so, get a pregnancy test NOW! The stomach pains sound like pregnancy, and I was taking birth control with the same results when I went to my doc and he said, well, you're pregnant! and even though birth control doesn't cause abortion, it can severly screw up your uterus, hormones and baby. If you are not pregnant, you could be having an allergic reaction to the hormones or you may have a genetic hormone irregularity. The second time I went on it, I had the same pains, but I knew I could not be pregnant, so I went back to my doc and he told me that i was having an allergic reaction. So please, go to a different doctor who will listen to you. This can be very dangerous to your health and affect your ability to ever have children. Even if children are not in your plans, this matters even so because it can force early menopause symptoms and all kinds of fun stuff. Good luck!
