Would you believe I saw a semi-celebrity today at work?

Stedman (Oprah's guy or whatever he qualifies as) was on our campus today in a room about 50 feet from my office. Kind of neat but not nearly as exciting if it were Clooney or, of course, Oprah herself.

Any celeb sightings you care to share?

Oh, right. Someone told me that he was there. I would not have picked him out. Even when he walked by me on his way out I was like "that's really him?"

I flew them both to Hawaii a few months ago when Oprah's G5 had a broken windshield! He kneeled between my seat and the co-pilot's seat and talked for hours - about nothing! But, he's okay!

Hey i saw Rick Hansen....the guy in the wheel chair you know...anyway when I was in Mexico last Winter that was pretty cool!

You must be a huge fan of Oprah I would of never been able to spot him. But that is very cool.

I work in a hotel so, I see celebs all the time. I once served Bob Dylan's room service. Alot of WWE guys including Stephanie McMahon, her parents and hubby Triple H. Val Kilmer, a bunch of Football guys. Rock Stars, Maya Angelou (my fave), ...etc.

Cool... no celeb sightings for me... :-)

We were in the audience on Millionaire a year ago and sat directly behind Meredith. That is the closest that I have been to a celebrity.

Oh wow, neat. I did see Dan Severn at Kroger one day. He was in town with Ultimate Fighting Champions. I live in small town Mississippi so it was surprising to see him there.
I also sat next to Justin Wilson (Cooking Cajun) a few yrs. ago in a hotel bar in Jackson, MS

Ted Turner is my second cousin. Nothing to really brag about he's a jerk.

I have seen several celebs and worked with many of them,but one of my favorite's was Nicole Kidman.I worked with her on the Whitby set of To die for.She was surprisingly friendly and loved to talk,unlike several reports that claimed she was a diva and a snob.
