i will be thankfull to you

There's no way to make it brief. This question should be broken down into pieces. I suggest making these breaks:
1) How to setup Windows 2003 Server as a Domain Controller
a) DNS
b) DHCP
c) Print Services
d) File sharing
-- You don't need WINS

2) How to setup clients to securely communicate over the wireless network
a) VPNs or IPSEC
b) Setting up WPA2

3) Setting up Internet access for these components
a) Configuring and connecting the DSL Modem
b) Setting up a firewall
c) Configuring external services such as web services and mail services in the demilitarized zone.

All of these steps could be broken down to more precise steps, but if you take them one at a time, you'll be able to figure it out. Because you've chosen to use a wireless connection for setting up your network "infrastructure," please take extra precautions to secure your communications over it via a VPN or using IPSEC built into Windows. It doesn't matter if you think you're small potatoes (a small target) to others. They don't know how large the target is until they've gotten in and then it's too late.

To that end, there are tons of sites that are going to help you with each of the steps in this process. However, because you are asking these giant questions, it doesn't give me a warm feeling that you have that much technical background. You should considering consulting these services out to someone whom you can trust (if it's a friend) or to a company that you will have reasonable assurance that they will do it correctly. Include it in your contract with them that they will secure the wireless network with VPN technology and fully patch all operating systems to the latest versions, etc.

HTH,
WG
