Breaking Free!!!!?

Im working 24/7 in a contact center. We cater for a huge company who provides domains and hosting for websites.
However, I'm not satisfied with what I'am doing, I feel like I should be somewhere else wearing a suit in a corporate office.
I have no background in advertising but I would ceratinly want to work in one.
I feel like I can be at my best in expressing and sharing my creative side, instead of talking to irrate callers and taking their **** every day. I want to be who i'am. But I needed someone to help me break free.

Start applying for jobs in the corporate world. I wouldn't quit your job until you have another lined up, but I would start looking for new ones. Even if you aren't in advertising right away find a position where you will be able to work your way up.
