Do You Think Francswiss.biz is Legal to Operate here in the Philippines?

Why http://FrancSwiss.us and now all of the sudden http://Francswiss.biz was introduced to me first week of june or maybe earlier than that month... i'd like to share my opinion... somehow...!! grabe!! income potention purely amazing... $45 dollars a day??? wow!!! im planning to get 5heads for me and my wife and my children... but... medyo observe muna ako few days...


One thing i observed.... they dont issue any ceriticate of investment! Take note!!

Where to pay my hard earn money if ever i buy 5 heads or $5,000 US Dollar... to invest?? sa bank ba? or some branch office nila?

They are illegal. Anyone who takes your hard earned money, promises you a fantastic return on your investment but doesn't issue you a receipt or an acknowledgment is a crook. Ask them what their core business is and how they can afford to pay so much to their investors and you can't get a straight answer. They are playing into people's desire to earn quick and easy money. There's no such thing, unless the business is illegal and/or immoral. They drop names of famous people who are supposedly their investors. Same gimmick used by that company called Multitel some years back which left thousands holding empty wallets and bags. When the promise of an unusually high return on investment is dangled in front of people, somehow these people momentarily lose their rational and logical minds. They're more interested in computing how much they can earn, than in actually analyzing how these crooks can actually pay out so much for a business operation that they cannot even explain properly. All these payoffs at the beginning are meant to whet your appetites guys. They let you nibble for a start, then after gaining your confidence, they entice you to go for the big time. That's when they take the money and run. This has happened before. Remember the Agrix scam in the '70's ?Before the year ends, there will be hundreds if not thousands in the Philippines who will be privately regretting but publicly denying they were conned by these smart guys and their fantastic scheme. Nobody wants to admit he was taken for a ride. Anybody want to take a bet here ?

There is only one answer to your dilemma... DO NOT JOIN. As for me, I don't really have time to ask those questions because I am busy counting my earnings from Francswiss. I just got my $540 USDOLLARS today,and 2mrw I will have another $45 .Sorry about you. You can just sit there and be safe..wondering if its really true or not.. LONG LIVE FRANCSWISS!

you should not question a thing without getting into it... and your question is contrary to your explanation.... by the way I just want to answer some of your question.... It is legal for francswiss to operate in the phils>>? of course my answer is yes... because so far there are no complains with his investor they are all gaining ... no evidence of scam... you should to check in yahoo or google if there are some investor complaining with matching supporting evidence ... so far I've not seen any fellow traders complaining that they were not been paid. Those who are saying that this is scam are not investor/traders so why believe someone claiming that this is sort of scam when they doesn't even taste the food if it's good or not? come to think of it my friend...
