Feelings for my frnd?

There is a girl who is my very gud frnd since 3 years now. We used to work together and were buddies and after that i met my grlfrnd in the same office.
The prob is that my grlfrnd wants me not to talk to my frnd which seems impossinbe for me. I dont have any felings for my frnd but my grlfrnd thinks that she may take me away from her.

I am confused, she has been my buddy and we share lots of things and take and give advices. What to do .????

I can't leave talkin to my frnd...she is really cute anmd helpful.
