ABUSE CHARGE NOT THE TRUTH! I am in Wisconsin and being charged with multiple charges. This women attacked me? |
on 2 previous occasions. The courts have had this since 12/28/05. My public pretender is doing me way more harm then help. Will not let me supena anyone that would help my case. She treats me like I am already guilty and has called and spoke about my case with other people that I gave no permission to speak with. I have asked her office many times for a different attorney and am being ignored. Now that I have told more influential people how she has done me and I am not being allowed to get a different attorney the last time I met with her she said, "this is the first I heard that you wanted a different attorney." (Which is a out right lie). I need a very good attorney here that will help me. I am on SS so funds are limited. But I should be eligible for 50% of this house the woman is now living in that attacked me and the lawyer can have all of it, I just need help, good legal help! May GOD Bless you and yours. try calling Legal Aid, google search "Legal Aid" and your city and state, let them know how little money you have and tell them your situation in the court system. At the very least, you will get some good advise. I'm gonna pray for you, okay? Maybe you should move... I'm so sorry for your trouble. This sounds so complicated. I know a man who had a similar problem with being accused when he was actually attacked, and even though the woman wrote a letter saying she lied it is still on his record. The system is mess up sometimes. Call the State Bar and tell them about what your attorney is doing. It is not just your public attorney that will not do you justice. My daughter went through the same thing and spent $3000. 00 to a lawyer and all he did was talk her into plea bargaing. It was the judge that came to her defense.
