How do I help my boyfriend relax? (please keep it clean)?

He is currently in the office 8am to 4pm for an internship and also spending like 16hrs over the weekend helping out with our University basketball team's summer camp. I mean, granted we are both busy with work, school, internships, grad school and extracurriculars but I still have my weekends off. I figured that I could use some of my free time to help him. If you are a guy or girl, it doesn't matter but can you please share some relaxation techniques that I could use to help him wind down. He may not realize it, but at this pace, he's going to have a breakdown.

8a to 4p/ Mondays thru Fridays

How about a nice back and shoulder massage? That's always relaxing to me. And spending time with the one i love,Just cuddling and talking is another good way to help him relax. Heck, You could do that after the massage and make an evening of it!! Maybe a little dinner as well. There are hundreds of things you could do together to relax..

Get some of your girls and show him a real good time. I'm sure that you by yourself isn't going to relax him. He is a man. He needs more then one boring girl.

i think u need to sit him down and tell him how u feel. Tell him ur conserns but besides talking there isnt much u can do. I wish u the best of luck

try to help him with what he is doing whenever you can
and maybe give him a massage or something
try to make an official movie night and relax for the night and take the phone off the hook

When he comes home draw him a warm bath with lavender in it. It relaxes people, then when he is finished give him a massage and a warm drink, what every his preference is.
