I am a woman over 40, told I'm "cute" but am full figured, but carry it OK. He is 28, athletic, superhot sexy latin guy. He works in my office, but we don't work together, we just see each other all the time. He used to do that bedroom eyes sexy stare and watch me from across the room all day long when I sat near him. Now that I sit somewhere else, he and I talk alot, and he finds reasons to be by the copier when Im there or we talk by his desk..., and we also email and talk on the phone once a day or so about personal stuff. We went out for a drink a couple weeks ago, but it was more like a "hey let's go grab a beer" rather than a "date". We had a great time and I got a hug afterwards, when he said "let's do this again soon".
Since then, he has been focused on work (remember, he's new with the company) and though he shares personal stuff with me, and some slightly playful talk, it's not like before.

I've asked him to go get another drink, and the couple times I tried to plan it, he had something else at work going on (which I verified afterwards). He still stares me down, and he likes when I flirt back, I just can't seem to get him out of the office again, and I KNOW I need to keep it away from work, for privacy sake. He brings things up like "he has an old soul and feels older than his 28 years" and we "like the same things" . He teaches me Spanish, and when I got the translation of something wrong, and it came out as:"Do you want to have a good night with me?" instead of "have a good night"? He corrected me, and said "well, maybe another time...but tonight I have to go home after this". He stops what he's doing all the time to help me on stuff, even if it means he has to stay longer to finish his work. Is he just "very nice".....or does he like this fat chick's personality enough to see past the weight?....or is he thinking I must not have gotten laid in a while and am easy?

im not sure ... he might be wanting more of a reaction from you ... just ignore him playfully..not like "im in a bitchy mood ignore" smile at him occationally... lol that will get him going ... if he really likes you he will make that effort and talk to you again ... if he is friends he will talk to you when things have settled down.... if he continues to ignore you he was looking for a one nighter and was exspecting more from you the night before ....... Hope this guy wasnt just playing with your head!~

The feeling I would get is that he is satisfied because he knows he can attract me. Or, he's just really busy getting to know new things. Full figure is nothing to be ashamed of.

I think he seems like the fun kind of guy. He would have pounced already if he wanted to get in your pants. But he seems like the kind of guy thats into a good time which could turn into a relationship. I say give it a try and have fun because you can't predict where it will go unless you take the dive and go for it.

it's obvious this guy had feelings for you but they vanished and now the flirtation you had is gone and he still wants to be close friends but nothing more.
