Why should I contribute to modern society?

If I contribute to the modern society, I'll end up just another citizen. Who's to say what makes a difference? Self destruction is far more appealing than sitting behind a desk for the rest of my life, like everyone else.

Now, before you go off reporting me because I didn't ask a question, answer me this:

What is there to waste in a life? What is the difference between being trapped in an office making some minimal difference, and choosing to **** it all and go live on the street with others who share the same opinion?

Life has no meaning without a "purpose".

Then what's the question if you already know the answer.
