Has anyone ever experienced employee sabotage at work? How did you handle it? What happened?

All of a sudden, things started to break in the office. First it was minor things such as broke door handles, holes kicked in bathroom walls, spit on all the corporation鈥檚 plaques and logos.

Then it became more destructive, $5,000 conference room tables began falling apart and very expensive color copiers shorted out by water. I don鈥檛 know how to go about catching this person or even if it is more than one person.

Has anyone as a boss ever dealt with this? If so, please answer what occurred and how did you stop it. Even if you have not caught them and are going through this, please share your story and possible solution.

Thanks.

I'm not an employer, but I would suggest if you are the owner, have concealed cameras installed over a weekend so your employees don't know about it, or suggest it to those who are in management. This should catch the vandal in the act.
Good luck.
