I am under tremendous mental pressure.?


I am under tremendous mental pressure. First let me introduce some of them鈥?
I need to loose weight. I have joined a gym for this purpose. I just went for a week and after that I have not gone. In the morning my alarm rings and I find reasons not to go. I also have a friend would goes with me but still I don鈥檛 go. I m aware of the consequences of losing weight鈥? Be it health or looks whatever. My husband also wants me to trim down. But I do not why m not able to go.
I am not enjoying my job at all鈥?. there is NO work. I am a trainer and I need to do product training but there are times I do not have any training. In fact for last month or more I have no work. I come to office pass my time and go back home. It is not that I have only product training in hand鈥?. I can prepare myself on some general topics-soft skills etc. I can learn product better as I do not master it as of now鈥?.
I developed the habit of reading but I don鈥檛 seem to enjoy it. My reading is so slow that I give it up after a little while or you may say I get bored of it after a while.
I fight with him after a while that why are u interfering in my matter. I do not interfere in ur finances etc. But it does not help鈥? We have fought over such trial issues also鈥?irony is I can鈥檛 even take a decision with him also鈥?
Whatever I pick up I get bored very easily. But hey when I force myself on something then my work is always appreciated.
I want to earn a lot of money, fame and importance. But I don鈥檛 work for it. I think I want it easy. But I know it won鈥檛 come easy but still I don鈥檛 work. I hope u are able to understand the viscous circle I m in. I m completely in a mess. I even thought of visiting a psychiatrist but I thought let me share it with you first.
I do not what is it with me鈥? Is it lack of determination, attitude, aptitude what. Please help me鈥?/div>

My initial guess is that you may be suffering from depression but then I am not a professional, so a guess is all it is. Certainly I do not think you are lazy. You have expressed your desire to change your situation, mood and lifestyle for the better. You even recognize some of the ways in which you could do this, it seems though that you have lost the ability to motivate yourself, or to maintain an interest in these things. To me that sounds like classic depression, though not necessarily at a severe level. It's equally likely to be a stress related problem or even just that you are stuck in a bit of a rut at the moment.

Whatever this turns out to be I would advise speaking to someone about it, a Dr or someone like that. It could be that just talking to someone will help you, then again you may need further help but certainly this is something you don't have to try and figure out all by yourself. Best of luck!

It sounds like you're depressed. Maybe not clinically, but enough to affect your enthusiasm and determinism. I don't think you're being lazy - I think it's something else, maybe even boredom or burnout. People who are lazy enjoy it, and don't beat themselves up about it, and don't care what others think or say either. You do care about your lack of motivation - another sign of depression. If you don't want to do pills, check out on Yahoo Answers for peoples ideas on how to treat depression naturally. That's what I was checking out when I saw your question. Also, take a sabbatical from beating up on yourself until you get yourself figured out. You're obviously concerned about this, so you are NOT a slacker. Good Luck!

Stress is a major cause of anxieties and other health issues. Stress is a big thing and if you can deal with stress then you may be able to rsolve some of your concerns.
If you are really concerned about yourself you should see a councelor, psychologist or someone else you can trust and not turn to internet sites like this. :) All the best :)
