Is this a fraud company ?

today i have received a letter from the post office from spain " Loteria nacional de espanaS.L " the letter says that am the winner from middle east & my share from the prize is about 725,810.00 US $

i googled this company & the same names & numbers online are the same on papers..they asked for my bank account to transfer the money " they didn't ask for any money"..

the problem is that i didn't buy any loterry tickits from spain or anywhere else..so how could i be a winner !

Obviously a fraud...if it were real they should mail you a check to a PO Box or something. If anyone asks for banking accounts they are crazy...especially if you have never been there.

Sounds like spam. I certainly wouldn't give out my bank account number just because someone asked me.

You can't be a winner, and yes, this is a scam. They lure you this way, get your bank account info, and then ask for more information later, once they have you hooked. Don't fall for it.

um thats not hard to figure out, spam messages like that come to millions of emails and through the mail everyday,

Do NOT respond. If your mail allows it, mark it as spam or junk.

You really shouldn't even have to ask this question - I think you know the answer.

As a general rule - ANYTHING involving Western Union/money gram = Scam.
All spam emails are scams.
my Advice: Don't deal with anyone from a foreign country or Accept checks from strangers and never use wire/bank transfer services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.
Remember, if it sounds too good
to be true, it probably is! NEVER give out your personal information to strangers online! Always be on guard.
