"Error 2203" when installing Microsoft Office Publisher 2007 on Vista...HELP!

I am trying to reinstall Microsoft Office Publisher 2007 on my computer (Vista). I keep getting:

"Error 2203. An internal error has occured. (C:\Windows\Installer\567ab.ipi - 2147287035) Contact Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) for assistance. For information about how to contact PSS, see C:\Users\jigme\AppData\Local\Temp\Setup0... "

Can anyone give me easy directions for how to fix this error?! I am desperate because I have to design my daughters birthday newsletter ASAP for publishing!

redman - thanks for the link but I don't understand it. it says to "grant the system full control permissions". I don't know how to do that. I am signed on as administrator so I assume it should already be full control....
