Is Anyone Else Having Trouble With Capital One Bank?

CAPITAL ONE BANK CONSUMER ALERT (NEW YORK)

Capital One Bank customers, WATCH YOUR MONEY! This bank is having some serious software issues, which is having a signifigant impact on them; conducting normal "banking transactions". They are able to take your money, but they are unable to process it in real time. WTF?

Fyi....I've deposited checks, and CASH, only to have them tell me that "it would not be reflected in my account for a few days", because they were going to "send it out to their back office to be processed". (Apparently their software system is UNABLE to handle banking transactions, so WHY BANK THERE? (Needless-to-say, they still have 5-10 staff members sitting around,making $$$; although they're not providing banking services.

So, Capital One, why bother opening your doors, if your'e not able to conduct yourselves as a real bank?????

I hate this bank! Years ago when I tried to transfer a balance to a new card from them they denied me...and I had great credit. They wanted me to open up a secured card starting with 500 bucks or so. Screw them, I'll never do business with them...ever!

I found a better bank (http://www.jr-quality.com/ING-Direct/dir... and closed my Capital One account. I'm much more satisfied with this bank.
