Holiday Pay? |
I work for a temp services.They have a policy that after you are with them 960hrs they will pay you holiday pay .July 4th I should of been paid for $120.00 minus taxes.My pay stub for that week show 1012.75 YTD Hours,but the services is saying on their print out they show me 50hr short of 960 hours & are not paying me .Who can I report them to.They can not explain why their report is the way it is,but you would think that their corp.office that keeps track of hours & pay would be correct. hi i used to work at a temp servives called labor ready and they are still on industrail blvd and they had the same thing that you just said ok what iam getting at is every time you got you pay check they give you did you keep the pay stub are throw it away cause they tried for awhile to screw my out of hoilday pay to but i had all me stub's from working with them and that was 3 years the place was good to me cause i had double shift's in a hotel were we were working at in downtown dallas not to far from the house lol so any way's i hope this helped you out peace out in hagn n gl tu |
