How do I speed up my PC? NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have a 22gb hard drive and 256mb ram on my pc, and i'm running xp service pack 2, with onecare and microsoft office 03. Is there anyway I can speed up my pc without deleting anything or installing more ram? Plz help me!!!!!

Disable start up programs you don't need.
Uninstall programs you don't need.
Defrag you computer.

1. Defragmentation- will remove the bad sectors of the partition files.

2. Norton SystemWorks- will remove bad errors.

3. Groove and diagnostic softwares will provide beforehand solutions.

You could do a defrag, click;

Start > My Computer > Right click on drive C:\ > Properties > Tools > Defrag

start>run
type temp after that all files which will come delete them
after it again type %temp% in run abd delete all files/
and i'll suggest u to download ccleaner from ccleaner.com its free it will help u.
