Managing a Company?

I was promoted to Operations Manager for a computer service company. I was asked the following question which determines my future with the company and a salary increase- If I won the lottery and wanted to buy the company what changes would I implement to make the company a success. We are SMB and its so unorganized that I don't know where to start or how to present my ideas. Besides being the OM, I do purchasing, hr administration, office management, account management and customer service....any advice? I'm overwhelmed!

Do as follows:
1- Identify company different processes.
For Each process:
2- Identify weaknesses
3- Identify threats
4- Identify strengths
5- Invent solutions targeting:
a- Benefiting from strengths
b- Minimizing weaknesses
c- Avoiding threats
6- Implement Solution
7- Monitor
8- Apply correction(s) if needed
As an insider, you may know the weaknesses and threats more than anyone else.
You may also select one or more other successful companies in this field and follow their pattern for operation.
