What am i going to have to pay???

so i got these phones from t-mobile, but the serivce around my area was no good, so i called the 611 and told them to cancel my service, then i returned the phones to the store. That was over a month ago and i still havent recieved my refund. So i called the corporate offices, and told them my situation, they said i still have service with them and that it hasnt been cancelled. They also said that if i go to the store and have them call and say i returned my phones within the 2 weeks, then it will be fine. My question is, am i going to have to pay for the minutes and texts that i used. I had an 800 minute plan, and unlimited messaging. I didnt go over my minutes either.

Customer care can't cancel the service during the trial period unless the dealer calls to cancel service when you return the phones.

As long as the store you returned the phones to calls customer care and tells them that you returned the phones within your 14 day period and they neglected to call to cancel your service, you'll be all set. Customer care will cancel the service and waive your cancellation and activation fees and credit the monthly charges from the day the store says you returned the phone. Just make sure you go to that store and make them deal with it ASAP.

You shouldn't have to pay anything if you didn't exceed your limit. As long as you get it all sorted as soon as possible, you should have no problems.
