Recently, a friend of mine and I have been experiencing issues with a Borders bookstore in the area. The problems include unfair treatment, associates who watch us like hawks and go as far as following us around, and even some issues as far as store appearance and customer service.

We have tried to resolve the problems first by ignoring them. We have talked with the manager on multiple occasions, however he has become a main part of the problem. We would like to send a letter to Borders Corporate office regarding this store.
